...here are the instructions for adding the third string to the type 1 - 2 pass pineapple knot .... (to make it a type 1 - 3 pass pineapple knot)

...the 7x6 turk's head knot will have 2 5x6 turk's head knots interwoven inside it...this is a 3 color version of the heel knot in the Grant books!...

...you first need to make a type 1 - 2 pass pineapple knot (from a 7x6 turk's head knot)....

...you start out by going U4 "one south" of the working end of the second strand....from then on the instructions should be self explanatory....

...this knot is fairly easy to make...
